I tested a dozen applications for Android file management and some of them are almost as rich and powerful as Windows Explorer or the Finder application on your Mac

ASTRO is funded by advertising and sometimes their full screen interstitial ads feel intrusive
3. ES File Explorer - This is another management application files feature rich and extremely popular for Android that has a clean interface and is too much. It can connect to various cloud services , you can also transfer files from FTP servers and shared folders on your home network , plus there is an app analyzer hard to help you find the file space - hogging

Expert File - An application file manager ad-supported with an easy to use GUI interface and the paid version offers unique features such as File Shredder ( to permanently delete files ) and safe box ( to hide files in a secret folder). 8. Fylee - Manager application files clean and simple one for Android with only essential features and free of advertising. As sliding Explorer Fylee lack a search function too
9. QuickOffice Google - While QuickOffice is a productivity suite of Google Desktop , the application will also double file manager . Press "Internal Storage" and you can browse the file system of the device, move or copy files between folders and there is a search function that searches simultaneously your phone and Google Drive. You can also compress files with QuickOffice
10. AirDroid - AirDroid includes a file manager you can find in the menu Tools - > Files. It is a management application database files , but the real magic happens when you connect your phone to your PC via Wi -Fi through AirDroid . To conclude, if you already have QuickOffice or AirDroid on your Android phone, you do not really need to install another application file manager . Otherwise you can go with Wrangler file - the application has a nice easy to use, without advertising interface and supports a dual-pane interface . If you want your file manager application to do more than just file management , ES File Explorer is a good option .
